Better Together Mental Health Services consists of a group of mental health therapists that provide therapy services for individuals, families, couples, children, adults needing support to achieve their mental health goals. These goals may consist of decreasing symptoms related to anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, anger or difficult life transitions. We are all therapist of faith which means we are able to incorporate faith in client's treatment if desired. We provide EMDR and Brainspotting in addition to traditional talk therapy.
