An innovative leader at the helm of a flourishing woman- owned manufacturing enterprise, Ferol will share her journey of breaking  barriers and leading in a traditionally male-dominated industry.

SPEAKER BIO:

 Ferol Garcia is the CEO and co-owner of Fast Trak Metal Fabrication, a full-  service contract manufacturing company based in Fresno, California. Under her  leadership, the firm—established in 2009 as a laser-only job shop—has grown  into a 52,000 sq ft, woman-owned operation, fabricating over 1 million pounds  of carbon steel, stainless steel, and aluminum annually. Ferol hails from a  family with deep roots in manufacturing; her grandfather and father both ran  fabrication businesses, giving her a foundation that she combined with  strategic expansion, including the addition of a state-of-the-art combo  tube/sheet laser in 2023. In her role, she drives innovation, workforce  development, and community partnerships—positioning herself as a leading  voice for women in the traditionally male-dominated metal fabrication industry.
