Bio of Speaker:
Catherine Fitzgerald, certified Business Coach. Catherine Fitzgerald is a native of Fresno, a graduate of UCLA and the owner of Catapult Leadership Group. She became a certified coach through The Great Game of Business after being a practitioner with GGOB All-Star, Fresno First Bank for 7 years. As Vice President of Merchant Services (electronic payments), she was a team leader and champion for financial literacy training within the organization.
During her tenure with the bank, Catherine and her team increased the annual net profit in her department by 1100% within the first six years and she also earned the designation of Certified Payments Professional(CPP) from the National Electronic Transactions Association (ETA), one of 1200 in the US in 2015. Catherine has over 30 years’ experience working with people in both the for-profit and non-profit arenas. She has had many roles from Regional Sales Manager to CEO and Executive Director.
Her extensive experience in marketing, sales, fundraising, budgeting, grant acquisition, and strategic planning help her to provide full-service coaching to executives seeking to develop total employee investment, sustainable financial results and a nimble, proactive culture. Catherine is an active supporter of live local theater, a board member for a local non-profit and an avid cook but the role she is most proud of is being the mom of 3 amazing young men.
