SPEAKER BIO:

Dr. Cathy Ferguson is retired CEO of Girl Scouts of Central California after 10 years of service.  She is a motivational speaker and works with groups to streamline their strategic processes. In her youth, she earned two Olympic Gold Medals in swimming and has coached swimming at all levels. 

She is a past university professor and has worked in the Community Benefit sector including, Sports Medicine Director at Anaheim Memorial Hospital, Resource Development Director at Disney GOALS, National Chief Marketing Officer for the American Youth Soccer Association, Resource Development Officer at the Red Cross of the Delmarva Peninsula and CEO for Girls Incorporated of Delaware.
