Speaker Bio:
Holly Carter is the President and CEO of Carter & Co. Communications, Inc., an award winning crisis & strategic communications firm based in Fresno, California. Nationally honored as recipient of the 2017 Interise Small Business Impact Award, Holly is a proven leader with over 25 years of extensive experience in complex communications strategies. For nearly a decade, global brands including Walmart, Jelly Belly, and Olam have relied upon her expertise in strategic communications. She has successfully helped countless organizations through the most difficult times and enabled them to survive an attack on their brand. She was a featured speaker at the 2017 International World Ag Expo to attendees from over 70 countries. Holly graduated Magna cum Laude from California State University, Fresno with a Bachelor's degree in Communications. Holly was honored with a proclamation of “Holly Carter Day” in the City of Fresno for being a positive role model for her commitment to mentoring high risk youth. Holly spends her free time operating the Face of Cancer, a non-profit organization she founded with a mission of providing support and services to women battling aggressive or terminal cancer.
