Jennifer was born in Louisville, Kentucky, and earned her B.A. in English and Economics from Bellarmine University. She moved to Fresno in 1997 and has proudly called it home ever since.

In 2016, she founded Blooming Belle Marketing, a woman-owned business specializing in high-quality branded apparel, creative promotional products, print materials, corporate gifts, and awards. Her mission is simple: to help clients grow their businesses through thoughtful, relationship-driven branding solutions. Jennifer’s work has earned recognition across the Central Valley—including being named Best Marketing Firm (Bronze) and Most Inspiring Woman-Owned Business.

Deeply engaged in the Fresno community, Jennifer is a long-time member and past President of the Fresno County Women’s Chamber of Commerce and currently serves as an Ambassador for the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. She’s also a proud member of the Clovis Chamber, the Fresno Art Museum, the California Restaurant Association, and the Social Media Marketing Society. In 2022, she received the prestigious Tillie Tuschhoff Award from the Fresno County Women’s Chamber for outstanding leadership and service.

Jennifer and her husband, Hagop, enjoy traveling, attending country music concerts, and spending time with their three dogs, Annie, Kallie, and Kassie. In her spare time, you’ll often find her reading or gardening.
