Marcie Downing - For her new book Congratulations to our member, Marcella Downing, who co-authored a chapter in the book Estate Planning Strategies entitled “Ethics in Estate Planning”. The book is hot off the press and provides education and guidance so that people are able “to leave what they want, to whom they want, and in the manner they want.” Marcie’s firm, Law Offices of Howk & Downing, practices in the area of estate planning, elder law, real estate, and insurance defense.
